Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Alitura Health. By booking a consultation, specialised screening, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional, safe, and sustainable partnership between Kelly Griffiths (Practitioner) and you (the Client).
1. Clinical Services & Scope of Practice
- Naturopathic Care: Consultations involve evidence-based nutritional and Western Herbal Medicine.
- Specialised Screening: Thermal Imaging and DNA Analysis are proactive, functional tools. They are not diagnostic and do not replace conventional medical investigations or structural imaging (e.g., Mammograms or Ultrasounds).
- Professional Standards: All advice is provided by Kelly Griffiths, an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
2. Booking, Deposits & Payments
- Square Secure Booking: All appointments are managed via the Square platform.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Due to the limited nature of our rotating mobile clinics in Northern NSW, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged to your card on file via Square
- Rescheduling Limit: A booking may only be rescheduled once using the same deposit, provided 48 hours' notice is given. Further rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and require a new booking.
- Practitioner Cancellation: In the rare event that Alitura Health must cancel a clinic day (e.g., due to illness or equipment failure), your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future date at your preference.
- Extenuating Circumstances: Emergencies within the 48-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the practitioner's discretion.
4. Client Responsibility & Prep Guides
- Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide an accurate health history and disclose all current medications and supplements.
- Thermal Imaging Preparation: You must follow the Prep Guide provided at booking (e.g., avoiding caffeine, exercise, or hot showers). Failure to follow these steps may result in the need to reschedule at your own expense.
5. Laboratory Testing (NutriPath)
- Third-Party Fees: Fees for functional pathology and DNA kits (processed by providers such as NutriPath) are subject to the laboratory's own refund policies. Once a kit has been dispatched or processed, the lab fee component is non-refundable via Alitura Health.
- Sample Collection: It is the client's responsibility to complete and return test kits within the timeframe specified by the laboratory.
6. Intellectual Property & Digital Products
- Ownership: All digital guides, e-books, and educational materials purchased through Alitura Health remain the intellectual property of Kelly Griffiths.
- Licence: Purchase grants you a single-user licence for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Health Outcomes: Alitura Health provides personalised protocols based on 15 years of clinical experience; however, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes.
- Emergency Care: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult your GP for any medical emergencies.
