At Alitura Health, we recognise that the information you share with us—from your genetic blueprint to your clinical thermal scans—is deeply personal. We are committed to protecting your privacy with the same level of care and “deep listening” that we bring to our clinical practice.


As a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), I adhere to a strict Code of Conduct regarding client confidentiality and the professional management of health records.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our specialised services, we collect both personal and sensitive health information:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, date of birth, email, and phone number provided during booking via Square.
  • Sensitive Health Data: Clinical history, dietary habits, and health concerns discussed during Naturopathic consultations.
  • Specialised Screening Data: Medical Infrared Thermal images and DNA Analysis reports (where you have opted into these insights).
  • Financial Data: Payment details processed securely through Square; we do not store full credit card numbers on our internal servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to facilitate your health journey:

  • Clinical Interpretation: To analyse thermal patterns and genetic markers to create your personalised health protocols.
  • Clinic Management: To manage bookings for our rotating Byron Bay, Ballina, and Lismore clinics.
  • Communication: To send "Prep Guides" for your scans or notify you of upcoming clinic cycles via our waitlist.

3. Data Storage & Record Retention

We treat your biological data with the highest security and legal standards:

  • Record Retention: In accordance with Australian health privacy laws and ATMS standards, client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the last client contact (or, in the case of a minor, until the client reaches the age of 25).
  • Digital Security: Health records and DNA insights are stored in encrypted, clinical-grade software.
  • Thermal Images: Images captured during your scan are stored securely and are only accessible by Kelly Griffiths for clinical interpretation.

4. Disclosure of Information

We will never sell or trade your personal or genetic data. Information is only shared:

  • With Accredited Laboratories: For the purpose of processing your functional pathology and DNA tests, your samples and data are shared with our trusted laboratory providers, such as NutriPath. These providers are bound by strict Australian clinical privacy standards.
  • With your explicit consent: For example, sending a report to your GP or other healthcare providers.
  • Where required by Australian Law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal and health information we hold about you, request corrections to any inaccurate data, or opt-out of our waitlist communications at any time.
